Who are we?

CornerBowl Software (CBS) provides enterprise-grade, on-premise and hybrid software solutions for monitoring and managing network hardware and software environments. Our platform is designed to deliver operational visibility, performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and remote management across complex infrastructure environments.

Originally founded by Michael Janulaitis, CBS was built with a practical philosophy: create reliable, cost-effective monitoring software that solves real operational problems without unnecessary complexity. That customer-first mindset remains central to our approach today.

In October 2025, following Michael’s passing, CornerBowl Software was acquired by TORViC Technologies, Inc., ensuring continuity, operational stability, and long-term strategic stewardship. As part of TORViC Technologies, a global consortium that acquires and develops mission-critical software businesses, CBS benefits from expanded technical resources and operational support while maintaining its product focus and customer- centric culture.
